Featured Artists include:
Alyse Shaffer My name is Alyse Shaffer. I was born and raised in Olympia. WOOT! WOOT! I am a studio art major attending Eastern Washington University. I spend a lot of my time in the outdoors and I love philosophy! Socrates is the shit! This ain't much of a bio...so to end with a quote. This quote speaks of truth which is the meaning of my name and art. My two favorite things. :) “We all know that Art is not truth. Art is a lie that makes us realize truth, at least the truth that is given us to understand. The artist must know the manner whereby to convince others of the truthfulness of his lies. ~Pablo Picasso

Nicholas Von Hessler My name is Nick and I paint because I feel an innate need to do so. If I don't create I self destruct. My paintings show my alienation between humans and their typical actions.

Heather McLaughlin hardcoremermaid@yahoo.com I was born in Baltimore, MD. Later I traveled to Red Lodge, MT at the gate of Yellowstone National Park, for my pre-teen and high school years. I received my Bachelors in Fine Art, Printmaking from Pacific Northwest College of Art in 2005. I adore working with youth and I am currently a youth art instructor. I also am infatuated with lithography. I believe in art as an expression, communication and social act, hence my love of the print. My imagery deals with alternative feminine roles, music and drawing. I feel like I lead many lives at once.

Through art, technology, skill sharing, and vision we are building a better world.
